Chad Rea and Scot Rea/ Ecopop with Pablo Sotelo - Trading Spaces

Ecopop logo

With elements of their former life still intact, these uniquely designed birdhouses constructed from discarded tradeshow displays are a constant reminder of consumerism, waste management, and their effects on our ecosystem.

By reusing materials instead of recycling or using unsustainable building materials, we send a message to people that there is still valuable life in old products, that we must conserve our resources, and change the way we buy and make things in order for all living creatures to coexist and prosper for generations to come.

Based in Los Angeles, Chad Rea is a master creative problem solver and the founder of ecopop, a free exchange of the world’s most innovative product, brand, and business ideas as they relate to ecology, pop culture, and positive change.

Scot Rea is an exhibition builder in Orange County.

Location: Multiple sites along Butterfly Loop Trail
